Villa Lemoni, Lefkas Island , Greece
Set in beautiful olive groves, this newly constructed villa, with modern stylish furnishings, has breathtaking views over the islands of the Ionian and mainland Greece beyond.
Lefkada nestles away in the center of the Ionian Islands and is the only island linked to mainland Greece. A swing bridge gives easy access by road, with the newly extended and refurbished airport of Preveza about a 30 minute drive. The island and the surrounding area has a lot to offer - anything from sailing, windsurfing, cycling, scuba-diving, walking, exploring ancient archaeological sites or just that lazy beach holiday. On the east coast with its pebble beaches, you will probably find some of the most picturesque views around. On the West cost you will find some of the most beautiful sandy beaches and stunning sunsets.

Villa Lemoni is set in 4000m2 of olive groves and gardens with fruit trees and lawns, with breathtaking views across the islands and beyond.
There are three double bedrooms, two with en suite bathrooms and one with a shower. The modern, yet comfortably stylish sitting room, which has a fireplace for the winter, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, all add to a huge feeling of space, especially as one can go straight out onto the large terrace which itself is furnished with sturdy wooden pool chairs and tables ? perfect for dining al fresco.
The views from the terrace above the pool and the garden are spectacular and all offer great places from which to relax with a glass of wine and contemplate. The entrance into the pool is directly down some steps from the terrace, and there is beautiful new water feature set within the terrace.
Lefkada offers much to explore. The East coast, where Villa Lemoni is situated, is the most picturesque side of the Ionian and is very popular with sailors due to its calm waters and pretty Greek islands. However, the West coast is more rugged and windswept, offering a more dramatic coastline, fantastically blue waters and amazing beaches. Some are relatively inaccessible requiring a walk from the car which instantly means less people and for the adventurous these are a must.
Vasiliki Town, on the southern tip of the island, must be one of the largest natural harbours around and is a haven for yachtsmen, windsurfers and other watersports enthusiasts, with pretty cafes and restaurants all around and boat trips offered to nearby beaches and coves. This would be an excellent place for a day trip and lunch.

Deposits
A deposit of 20% will be required immediately with the balance being payable six weeks before the start of the holiday or on arrival. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited. Should your deposit be paid by PayPal this deposit payment only will incur an additional 3.5% administration charge. Please note no pets are allowed in any of our properties.

Please include dates and any other information in the booking form. Once your booking is confirmed we will write to you including a small map or detailed instructions on how to reach your rental property. Some landlords may require a security deposit on arrival.
