Sivota Bay is a five minute drive or twenty five minute walk away.The village itself is delightfully traditional and Greek with a wide choice of tavernas and a few bars. The village has it's own pebble beach but you can also hire boats to explore and potter along the coast.

Inside, the villa is furnished to a high standard of comfort, with fully air-conditioned accommodation for six guests in three bedrooms: two ensuite doubles and a twin with separate bathroom.
The villa is south facing and offers magnificent panoramic views
over the neighbouring islands. The villa has been designed and
furnished to a high standard with three bedrooms, three luxury
bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. The full equipped modern
kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave,
fridge/freezer with ice making facilities, toaster and stainless steel
oven. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen with comfortable
seating for 6 people. A large open plan lounge provides spacious
seating, LCD television/DVD player with satellite/terrestrial reception
available. All windows are fitted with tinted heat reflective glass
and, together with air-conditioning throughout, summer comfort is
assured. The villa has a large pool with an extensive sun
bathing terrace and barbeque facilities. Discreet hedge and plant
screening provides for your privacy. The subtle lighting around the
terrace and pool will add enchantment to those warm summer evenings. A maid service is provided to clean and change linen together with pool cleaning twice a week.
