Villa Athene (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4/6)
Primarily for 4 persons the accommodation on two floors comprises:
1st Floor - 2 bedrooms with doors opening onto balcony, bathroom with shower/wc/washbasin. Double beds are provided in each bedroom. A double sofa bed is also available in the lounge for the use of two additional guests. Stairs leading to...
Ground Floor - lounge, dining area, fully fitted kitchen, (Including full size cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, etc)cloakroom with wc/handbasin. Door leads to dedicated patio area with BBQ. Shared swimming pool with adjoining villa.
Notes on accommodation
All linen and bedding is provided for guests with the exception of beach towels. TV together with DVD and CD players are provided in each villa. A washing machine is available for the use of guests. A complimentary food starter pack is provided at the commencement of each holiday letting.
Outside
The swimming pool is shared between the two Delphini villas.
Separate patio areas and barbecues are provided for each villa, together with patio furniture.
On-site parking immediately outside the villas is available for motor vehicles.
Coast/Beach
Of the many excellent beaches on the Island of Lefkas the nearest beach is approximately 10 minutes drive away.
Travel
During the holiday season (May to October) the island is served via Preveza Airport, approximately 9 miles away. Numerous charter flights operate to this destination from the UK and elsewhere in Europe at reasonable prices.
Alternativley it is possible to fly to Athens Airport then by domestic Olympic Airways flight to Preveza Airport. There is a regular bus service from Preveza Airport to Lefkas town. Taxis are also available at reasonable rates. However, car rental is recommended.
Distances
The main town of Lefkas is approximately 1.5 miles from the villas. The town of Nidri is about 10 miles away from which many boat trips operate to surrounding islands, including trips round the Island of Skorpios which is owned by the Onassis family.
Further details
The town of Lefkas is a vibrant centre with many good tavernas, high class shops, supermarkets, banks and other facilities that cater for most needs.
There are also good hospital and other medical facilities in the town.
The English owner of the villas is normally available to welcome you on arrival at the villas and to deal with any enquiries and problems you may encounter during your stay.
Booking notes
We recommend that you telephone us first to check on availability and bookings should be confirmed in writing within 7 days, together with a 20% deposit (non-refundable).
The balance is payable at least one month before the start of your holiday. Cheques should be payable to the owner of the villas: A W Dudley

Booking: There is a 20% deposit payable on booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival.
