The property is located on the coast between Lefkada town and Nikiana on the East Coast of the Greek Island of Lefkas (Lefkada). Just after the small pretty fishing village of Ligia There are stunning sea views across to the Mountains on the mainland and south to the Islands of Meganisi and Kalamos. The house is only recently completed owners have just made property available for either holiday rental or longer term rental. Main part of house 1st floor: lounge with fireplace leading to a balcony to the front and with great views. There is a small fully equipped kitchen also with a small balcony and good sea views to the North. There is also a WC on this floor. The main balcony has great views and is ideal for relaxing and dining outside. Top floor consists if two bedrooms one double and one smaller with single bed and a fold down bed. The front bedroom leads to another balcony. There is a nice toilet and shower also. The Basement ?Has a good sized garage with automatic door and also small studio apartment. The studio has two single beds and a shower and WC. The property is above the Main road but the noise level is minimal. The house is very well situated only 5-10 min walk to Village of Ligia and a ten minute drive to shopping areas etc in Lefkada. Driving south to the Island other towns like Nidri is only a 15 minute drive. There is also a regular bus service passing on the near by road to Lefkada and the rest of the Island.
