Aeolus House faces south and is situated on the hillside of Fagias with views across olive and citrus groves towards the town of Nidri, about 1km away.
The islands of Scorpios, Maduri and Meganisi nestle in the clear blue waters of the seas beyond. The house is accessed via a courtyard which offers a cool retreat on the hottest of days. It is well decorated with four double bedrooms, two with twin beds and two with double. Each bedroom has air conditioning, a ceiling fan and ensuite shower room. All bedrooms have balconies with sea or mountain views. The separate sitting room and dining room have access to the terrace where awnings give protection from the sun. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster plus ample crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. Laundry facilities are situated in the basement. A washing machine, iron and ironing board together with clothes line and airer are provided.
The salt water swimming pool, approached from the rear of the house, has a constant depth of 1.3m and is fully fenced and gated to keep small children out. There is also a childrens' pool with a constant depth of 0.5m with a removable safety fence.
